ISTRUZIONI PER LA RISCOSSIONE DELLE VINCITE NEI CONTEST SU ZOOPPA ITALIA

PER GLI UTENTI RESIDENTI IN ITALIA:

Una volta raggiunta la soglia di 1000 Zoop$ vinti nei contest ospitati su ZOOPPA ITALIA (le vincite ottenute per contest ospitati su Zooppa USA o Zooppa Brasile non concorrono al raggiungimento della soglia), è possibile richiedere la riscossione delle vincite.

Ecco gli step da seguire:

1. Vai nella sezione PROFILO → ZOOPBANK e clicca sul pulsante converti che vedi nella pagina (tale pulsante sarà attivo solo se nella tua Bank ci saranno almeno 1,000 Zoop$ accumulati).
2. Compila i seguenti moduli:
   • Richiesta di pagamento.pdf
     Si tratta del modulo nel quale dovrai indicare i tuoi dati personali e le coordinate per poter ricevere il bonifico bancario.
   • Dichiarazione di Ammissibilità, Liberatoria e Rinuncia di Responsabilità.pdf
     Si tratta di un documento legale che riconferma la tua adesione a Termini e Condizioni, Regolamento Ufficiale, Policy sulla Privacy e Regole sui contenuti di Zooppa.com. Inoltre, sottoscrivendo questo documento, confermi la tua idoneità alla riscossione del premio.>

È sufficiente una sola copia di entrambi i moduli, anche se le vincite riguardano più contest.

Entrambi i moduli devono essere compilati, firmati e inviati via e-mail all’indirizzo: zooppa.ita@zooppa.com

Zooppa pagherà l’ammontare del premio tramite bonifico bancario indicativamente entro novanta (90) giorni a partire dalla data di ricezione dei moduli di pagamento di cui sopra, debitamente compilati.

Il pagamento sarà effettuato in Euro secondo il cambio con il Dollaro del giorno di pagamento. Il premio sarà corrisposto al netto della ritenuta a titolo di imposta del 25%. Tale adempimento libera l’utente vincitore da qualsiasi obbligo fiscale legato alla vincita.

FOR NON-ITALY RESIDENTS WHO WON ITALIAN COMPETITIONS:

When you’ve won at least 1000 Zoop$ joining Italian competitions, you’ll be able to require the payment.

If you’re not an Italian citizen and you’ve won prizes on Italian contests, you must follow these steps to obtain the payment of your prizes:

1. Go to you’re MY PROFILE → ZOOPBANK and click on CONVERT button in the page (it will be enable only if you have at least 1,000 Zoop$ in your bank).
2. Fill out these forms:
   • Payment Form.pdf
     This form requests your personal information and the information for the payment.
   • Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release and Liability Waiver.pdf
     This is a legal document reaffirming your agreement to Zooppa's Terms & Conditions, Official Rules, Privacy Policy and Content Policy. It also states that you are responsible for paying the applicable taxes on prize money you've won on Zooppa.it and confirms that you're eligible to receive prize money in the first place.

Both forms must be completed, signed and sent by e-mail to: zooppa.ita@zooppa.com

Zooppa will pay the amount of such premiums by bank transfer within approximately ninety (90) days from receipt of the above forms of payment.

Payment will be made in your local currency according to the exchange with the dollar on the day of payment. Each prize won is subject to a withholding tax equal to 25% on the amount won. Zooppa.it is required to submit 25% of your winnings to the Italian Government as withholding tax. If you wish to obtain the 25% of your winnings please contact a Tax Consultant.
